Well wishes to you .... but my first advice would be to allow yourself enough time to heal from the relationship that's ending and figure out who YOU are now.... that will give you a good idea of what you would like to find in a woman and then you'll be able to move forward with confidence ... and there is nothing more sexy (at least to me) than a confident man (not cocky ... but confident).
