yikes! 
there is stuff you can buy at the drugstore to treat it. and anything that woult dry out the oils..like maybe washing yourself in 89 octane. i know that sounds nuts but it will work.
other than that i can tell you eveytime you scratch you spread the oils so don't scratch. soft clothing fabrics, no washcloths, seperate laundry. and use cold water in the shower, too. it helps keep the oil that sluffs off with the spray from sticking to your skin and spreading the rash. |
