1. All insurance companies and their sales agents and employees would learn it's not all about them. (Will somebody be courteous and attentive to me?)
2. The pharmaceutical companies in the US would stop advertising to the consumer - especially on TV - and the prices of prescription medications would drop to reasonable levels.
3. Politicians would be less political and more human.
