We love boneless skinless chicken breasts on the grill... I put them in a baking dish and marinate them in low salt soy sauce overnight...the kids just love it and they turn out soooooooooo tender.

I also like sliced mushrooms with butter and garlic powder in a foil pouch on the grill..
