I don't understand this rule. I think there's been talk of legislating against (is that the right phrase? legislating against?) smoking when you're in the car with kids but WTF? You can't smoke in your car when you're driving alone? What is the reasoning?

I'm dating a non-smoker and I use one of my fave lines on him, "I don't mind if you eat while I'm smoking."

Like Chey, I'm a polite smoker but this legislation is 'tarded.
