I'd say every so often, that'd be good fun. But be careful about doing it too often - "I'll go down on you for an hour if you do all the housework next month" can get pretty worn.

What I've come across more commonly, though, is the "Bet the Lakers win this weekend, if I win you give me head and if I lose I go down on you" type bets. I reckon they can be LOTS of fun!
