Why are you proud to be an American?
 

Now that the holiday is nearing an end and you've had time to reflect on the day, lets see why all of you are proud to be Americans!!!

This is such a great country and it really is the "Land of Opportunity". I hope you all had a great 4th. of July :)

We have one of the best governments in the world...faults and all.

I have to admit I am not proud to be an American

Thats because I am a dinky di Aussie.
We have close ties with you guys and come and fight your wars for you, LOL.

So many reasons to be proud. The freedoms we enjoy, the diversity of our land and the freedom to travel within it; and, the opportunities we have to achieve what we are able to. These are only three.

But, there's also a humble gratitude for friends like our mates in Australia and elsewhere that we can stand with in times of need.
