I look for how well he moves.... you can tell alot by someone sexually by the way they move.
BTW- It is the same thing for a femele dancer.

Nice body is necessary....and, although it wouldn't hurt to look like Brad Pitt, women can overlook that as long as the guy knows how to move and shows the ladies a good time. Women love a good tease, and they hate cockiness. Just have fun with it! Most women can tell whether the guy is having fun or just doing the moves. If worse comes to worse, stuff your g-string...
