Clear floor

Bed w/4 pillows (min) [bookcase head board recommended or cleared night stands]

Bill of materials:
2- Towels
2- Blindfolds (improvise- panties held in place with silk stocking works well)
2- Vibraters (min)
1 set Anal beads
2- Anal probes
Assorted oils, creams, lotions (preferably in different shaped [PLASTIC-Sharniqua] bottles.

Preperation:
Both operators place all materials in position (making note of locations)
One operator(S) stands next to bed while other(K) kneels on bed. Blindfold each other.
(S) moves carefully to last light switch. Disconnect all illumination, return to bed.

Let him paint you. Head to toe, use different brushes or sponges.

Take turns bringing 3 things home from the grocery store (or hardware) you can use for sex. He brings 3 things and you figure out how to use them and vice versa.

Make love but no using hands. Don't tie them just make it the rule. If he tries to use them stop.

we are new to all of these things...My mother had it drilled in my head that sex was not to be enjoyable but an obligation...so I need to be enlightened......I want this new marrage to work...we were in a rutt as you would say.....we seriously need to spice things up a bit or should I say I need to......we have never used toys so if anyone has any ideas let me know....toys for a newbie..............lol so to speak............lol

It can be tough to break down those inhibitions at first, but if you're willing to let yourself enjoy sex with your hubby, that may be half the battle won already... take your time, you want this to be a lifetime of fun together... and TALK really talk to each other about each other wants & needs, I can't over-emphasize real communication in a long-term relationship... with 27 years of marriage under my belt, I believe that has been the difference for me & the LOML :)
