Yes, I got majorly busy there for quite a while.

First, there was the early voting for the Maryland primary. Then the election itself, which was so majorly screwed up, they actually put me in charge of my precinct.

Then my wife put in so many overtime hours at her company that money for the greenhouse she's wanted for a while fell into her lap. So, there was that to assemble.

Then my once-and-future girlfriend had some semi-major disaster occur in her family (in addition to her ever-popular health problems and surgeries), so had to help with that.

Then my girlfriend C ended up needing major yard work at her place.

Oh, one of the times I was on my way to C's house, I got to get a glimpse of the space shuttle Discovery and carrier plane doing its flyby over DC. That was cool.

And we have a green house.

And C has an ivy-free yard.

And the once-and-future girlfriend is recovering.

And the Capitals start the second round of the playoffs today.

I feel like it ran over me. My once-and-future girlfriend has been in the ER twice this week. Currently, she's in "contact isolation" for "observation."
