Perseids Meteor Shower
The Perseids Meteor Shower should peak late on Tuesday night. The radiant point for this shower will be in the constellation Perseus. Look to the northeast after midnight.

Ugh. Stupid clouds.
Hopefully tonight.

Damn storm moved in, so my friends and I won't be able to watch.

Two words cover my attempts to see them. "Light pollution"

That was a problem here also. The weather cooperated later in the evening, so we were able to see the show, but we could see only the lager meteors over the glare of the city lights. |
There was too much haze (smoke, dust and humidity), so I only saw a few of the larger bits. I wish I'd been with jseal, the lager meteors sound delicious.
LOL! :roflmao: I didn't see that. TY!

drove out to the cow pasture but very very cloudy here.
It was overcast here in Southern NJ last night I could not see them.
it was a great show here !clear skies a little over 60 meteors an hour .Country living does have some perks
Now we have to wait until the Geminids in mid December.
That gives them plenty of time to prepare the lager ones for my enjoyment.
