1st reports had the local police pretty sure that it was suicide, but the few details I had didn't add up, i.e., he was 72, he was working on a film (& in Bangkok to boot, which says to me he could phone his part in & enjoy a paid vacation), all together, no one thing that said it couldn't be suicide, just a lot of little things made it unlikely...

Now the auto-erotic asphyxiation angle just leaves me with an even more unpleasant mental image...whatever, I never was a big fan of his work, but I have to admire the way he went about the family business ; R.I.P., grasshopper...

Whatever they determine happened, here's hoping Mr. Kung Fu now rests in peace.
