Has anyone heard anything about IowaMan
 

I've tried to call and PM IowaMan but with no luck. Has anyone heard from him or knows what's happened to him? His last post was 6/12 and I'm getting worried about him.

I have been quietly asking around too. If anyone has info I'd appreciate it.

I emailed with him as recently as the 4th. He's been fine -- still trying to kick a cold virus, but he recently had family in town to keep him company...and the kitties are all doing their best to keep him busy.

Don't worry -- I think he's just going through an incommunicado phase. I'll pass along that y'all are thinking about him...I know it will mean a lot to him.

when I last spoke with him, he was also battling some of the rising waters that were plaguing that region as well as not being up to par health wise.

Granted that was a couple of weeks ago now, but...... I just assumed that was part of the reason he's been gone so much.

Hey, thanks Osuche & 1nutworld. I had been beginning to wonder, myself.

Thank God and thank you osuche. This morning I called the local sheriff's office to see if they could check on him since it'd been so long. I haven't heard back from them, but this puts my mind at ease.

Miss him when he's not around.

We'll still keep the good wishes and prayers going, though, just to be on the safe side.

I just got an email...he spent the weekend with a friend. All is well. :)

The levels of deep connection with the seemingly casual members of this place amazes me sometimes. Still not used to that over the Internet despite having made significant relationships through it. You guys rock. And I don't mean just in bed, either! :sex:

Glad to hear all is well with IM...I had noticed we stopped hearing from him about the time of the Iowa floods, & I was becoming very concerned.

Does that mean you want to be in bed with IowaMan?
