10 years ago today, my father died of pancreatic cancer.

Yeah, in a lot of ways he was a prick.

In a lot of ways, he was kind of cool.

He has been a lot easier to get along with, though.

Sounds a lot like my father...as a matter of fact, sounds a lot like everybody's father.

I totally get the idea about him being easier to get along with...mine still occasionally makes his presence known to this day, when I catch myself channeling him :frown:

Ten years is a long time. I bet he is smiling that you remembered him today.
