I've been craving McDonald's ever since I read about this earlier this morning. Not necessarily my favorite breakfast item from there but next time I'm there, I'll order a couple as a tribute.

RIP Mr. Peterson. I think the Egg McMuffin is still my favorite breakfast item from Mickey-Ds.

He marketed Eggs Benedict to the hungry masses, & created a whole new concept: a fast-food breakfast sandwich...
