Sorry it was a nudity related pictorial included e-mail that my uncle sent to me.Evidentally I did something wrong in copy & pasting it.That's what happens when you're almost computer illiterate! Irish

Nudity related material at Pixies?

Shame Irish, shame.

scotzoidman 03-03-2008 01:08 PM

May be more your computer than ignorance on your part, Irish...ever since I moved up to XP, I haven't been able to copy or save any of the pictures embedded in my email, something I was always savvy enough to do back in earlier platforms

Scotz---I only have a laptop in Fla with me!I'm not sure if that has anything
to do with it! Irish

You can't copy and paste a Powerpoint. It's an attachment.

Oldfart 03-04-2008 04:39 PM

Yes, you have to save the attachment somewhere, and then attach the saved file to the post.

scotzoidman 03-08-2008 06:46 PM

I've just run into the problem again. A pic embedded in the e-mail, critical to the joke, but right-clicking on the pic & selecting "save picture as..." gives me a message that the pic cannot be found. Not sure if it's the nature of XP, the kind of file my friend sends, or the anti virus, but every method I try fails to locate the file behind the pic...while I'm not "Geek Squad" material, I'm not totally computer illiterate, either...

Lilith 03-08-2008 07:22 PM

I just find it elsewhere on the net using google then find a way to get it, link it, attach it whatever.
