With the entertainment writers strike dragging on and watching repeats of episodes that ran just a few weeks ago, what TV show from the past, or even distant past, would you like to see brought back? ( Okay, fess up, who remembers "That Was The Week That Was." Hint it originally aired in the early 60's.) One I'd vote for would be All In The Family.

i'm too young to remember these in their prime, but what can I say, I love classics...

If you blinked at the wrong time, you'd have missed it, but I do recall that it was based on a BBC show (& was the brainchild of David Frost, then unknown to US audiences)...and it is the perfect rebuttal to Chevy Chase's claim that he created the SNL Weekend Update bit...
