BTW I'm off on my own spring break for about 10 days, Melbourne and Oz's best airshow at Avalon. I'm trying to get this wireless Internet up so I can post away. but we'll see.

If I don't, it won't be for lack of trying. I'll have some fun for you too. Vicarious is my middle name.

I am heading camping in a teensy cabin with no kitchen or potty. I'll be gone Monday -Thursday.

I have one more full day of classes and two finals. One on Tuesday and the other Wednesday morning, and then its 11 days off for me. I plan to sleep in, shop for shoes, drink a ton of coffee, have a whole lot of mind blowing sex, and not look at one single textbook until I have to go back. :)

Spring break has always been the best time of the year. Considering I've spent most of my teen and adult life in school it's been a blessing. If I have one regret it's that I've never been to one of the Spring Break vacation/Mardi Gras hot spots while I was younger and single.

If I went now and did what normal goes down at those places I'd be gripped with immense and unrelenting guilt. I hope someone is going to hit them. If you do write a thread so some of us can live vicariously. :nana:

Uh oh, are we talking a cabin that has an outhouse or one where you have to go up to a lodge to use the facilities?


I spent the better part of seven years in college between undergrad and grad school and never did make it to a Spring Break destination. Nope, no "IowaMan Gone Wild!" tapes out there anywhere. :(

I just have to wonder, how many paddles Lilith is going to attempt to break during her break? Maybe try and break the paddle-breaking record?
