Woo hoo!

I'm sorry to be a baby bore, but I just had to share the fact that baby pucker is doing so well and fitting into his routine so brilliantly, that last night (at six days old) he succesfully went through the night with only one feed! :D

He's only had a maximum of two feeds a night since we brought him home from hospital, but to go through with only one feed, meant I got 6 1/2 hours sleep last night, and then during his morning nap, I got another 1 1/2 hours. So yes, I'm an 8 hours a night girl now! :D

Loulabelle,

The end of the sleep deprivation period! Ah, the Simple Joys of Parenthood!

Enjoy it while you can.

Pucker jr'll think of new ways to intrude.

Don't think you've got to worry about being a "baby bore" to anyone here Lou. Awesome news about Little Pucker! Hopefully he continues to let mommy and daddy have such a great schedule. :wish:

Awesome. Mine were pretty good sleepers too. Most honorable son #1 at 3 months old slept 7 pm-9 am every night til her was over a year old. At 15, he could medal in sleeping.

I remember the first time my baby slept through the night I went flying out of bed and jerked her out of her crib from a deep sleep. Not a happy baby, but a relieved mama that she was still breathing. :D

Congrats on your baby! You're in for it now. ;)

You should be missing a couple more hours sleep staying up to light a candle and giving thanks. :wish:

LOL :D As OF said, he is sure to come up other ways to let you know he is officially part of the family, so take advantage now. ;)

dont you ever worry about being a bore to us Lou we love to here how the newest member of the family is doing

Loulabelle 12-02-2006 02:04 PM

LMAO - don't worry, I'm not taking anything for granted. To be honest, a little bit like when I first found out I was pregnant, I'm wincing away from being too excited in case it all comes tumbling down around my ears!

Fear of it all going tits up is keeping me working hard at keeping the routine going! It's such a powerful motivator, isn't it?!

Coaster 12-02-2006 05:22 PM

yep yep............ he's baiting you...hehe

I haven't been around LOU, so CONGRATS to all of you.... glad everyone healthy & happy!!!!

Enjoy these precious times and take LOTS of photos!!!
