Salty and hot!
That's how I like my pumpkin seeds. Can someone tell me how to make them turn out just right?

In a bowl, mix your pumpkin seeds with melted butter and salt.
Spread the seeds on a baking tray and add a dash more salt (cus salty is great) and bake in a 300° oven for 45 minutes. Yes...45 minutes! Sounds crazy but they're perfect! And finally, remove all of your clothing and strategically place the roasting hot seeds on your body parts. That's a sure-fire way to set a trap for a tall, thin, balding Irishman. :D |
stick them between your boobs and run 25 miles. :D
do you mean spicy hot or right out of the oven hot? |
i like them out of the oven.

Wash them really well.
Season 'em, a little oil pre-heat the oven (450), keep 'em in there for seven or eight minutes toasting pan (something thin, gotta be able to shake 'em) if you're doing a lot (six cups or more) If less, in a heavy no-stick fry pan (hold the heat, you want to toast it & just a lil bit o' oil & seasoning) Serve warm. |
Damn it I want some now!
