Not in the least, what gets me more is that the newshounds will do anything to get a store but if the goverment does the same thing it is a crime. Can we say double standards.

Other than him saying "Shit" which come on that's hardly cussing anyways, it's not like he said anything controversial. Other than the cussing it was probally the exact same thing he'd have said in a press interview answering a similar question albeit in a more formal less candid format.
What'd have been some real news would been if he had slipped up and said something bad policy wise. <shrug> Like previous posted I think this was non-news.

I think it is absolutely ridiculous that the media is making such a big deal about this. Obviously that somehow got that confused with the important part of what he was saying... that Syria and Iran need to quit stirring up stuff and back off. They would like nothing more than to start a full-scale war there.

I tend to agree, "shit" is such a low-level vulgarity in this day & age...but I quit being shocked by what I heard long ago, only occasionally by who said it...I guess it's that he makes such a big deal out of being a Christian now that even a mild expletive makes him him look hypocritical, but even that pales compared to some of the other "shit" that comes out of his mouth ;)

With the 24hr news stations they have to find anything at all to but on the Air as 'Breaking News'. "Madona farts, film in 10 minutes".
