How do you risk fucking this sort of thing up????

I have been involved criminal cases where crimes were perpetrated against kids and usually the peeps involved do everything within their power to make sure everything is above reproach so the defendant can't come back on his confession, plea, etc.

I just can't believe they fucked up this bad.

Sorry, I'm just so frustrated. Cops know that if someone asks for an atty you stop and get them one. It's the law. Especially when they ask on the damn confession tape.

don't appologize for the state of the world, it's not your fault that fuckos are sick and cops are careless.

I read this nightmare story this morning! WTF were those cops thinking???? I remember that case very well and how heart broken everyone was. Jobs should be had big time and asses kicked! :box:

Was the cop a friend of a friend of defendant and did it on purpose to let him slip away?

I understand that in a case like this they were trying to get info hoping against hope that she might even still be alive but what scares me is that they got her body because of the information obtained by this confession and while the judge now says the body is admissible, later on appeals I fear they will say it is not.
