I've watched quite a bit on it....such a tragic event....all those people.....so sad!

When it said 500,000 children in Belarus are affected, I had read in the paper that that equals 90% of the children there. :(

For you who live in the northern part of the Northern American continent, there is one word which should be putting a greater fear than Chernobyl. This word is "Vladivostok".

The obsolete USSR fleet at bases near Vladivostok and Murmansk is a disaster surpassing anything we can imagine waiting to happen.
