As the object of my affections lives a distance away and I dont get to see him reguarly, we often indulge in text sex. Does anyone else use this, any tips to make it more exciting?

Try VOIP....much more fun to hear an actual voice. Skype is my fave...btu I think Yahoo Chat with Voice is even getting decent.

Yahoo is okay, but when I was still in Iowa, my sweetie and I had some difficulty with Yahoo's reliability. Because of child commitments on both ends, we're only able to see each other in person two-three times a week currently, so on other nights, after kids are in bed, we usually use MSN messenger to video chat.

That being said, one thing we've gotten into the habit of is what I term "personalized porn." :D Especially on days where we *will* see each other, but also on days where that's not possible, we'll send emails throughout the day. In them, sometimes we develop a story line that's carried through several emails (or even a few days) about what we'd like to do the next time we're together, what might happen, how it might feel, what it might make us think, etc. Oftentimes (like, OMG, this past week) it "fuels the fire" so that, when we do see each other, things are quite...passionate.

I'm ashamed to say probably the most textual intercourse I ever had was with someone who belonged to another.....and no we never did get found out.

I have yet to do the cyber or text sex thing. The lack of a cell phone might hinder the text sex just a bit.

I have just recently been dragged kicking & screaming into the cell phone world...Mrs Zoid demanded I get one for her (for emergency use in case her old rattler breaks down in the country), then with me on the road so much now I had to get another...then we figured out how to use the Nextel walkie-talkies we both have for our respective jobs, so we STILL haven't used our cell phones yet...
