I have to tell you when I heard the name, I could not for the life of me figure out who he was. Then I looked him up <click>. He is one of those actors who has been in everything and in everything I enjoyed his performance. He was never the star, but he made his mark none the less.

awwww.....I knew who is was right away. He has been around forever. I think he was on West Wing.
He used to be on LA Law too I think.

Just loved his acting on the West Wing, that show will not be the same without him

I needed to look at the link, but yes, always played a role well.

Ironically, Leo, his character on the West Wing, had just barely survived a heart attack last season, & this year he was candidate for Vice-President (art imitates life)...he had a major role in the latest episode, & I wonder if the producers are scrambling to re-write upcoming shows & if they have any usable footage of him in the can...
RIP Mr. Spencer, Leo was the heart & soul of a great TV show, & he was far too young to go...

He will be sorely missed. He was the life of the show and wasn't overly political like the rest of the cast
