SAN JOSE, Calif. -- A woman who officials say bit down on part of a finger in a bowl of chili at a Wendy's restaurant in California has taken the first step toward pursuing a lawsuit. Officials also release a picture of the finger.

I have always loved finger sandwiches, and lady fingers but DAYUM never thought of adding fingers to my world famous chili.....
