uh uh...spoke to soon.

Apparantly now he's postponed his trial due to a nasty bout with the flu and is in the hospital.

So if your sick you do not have to go to court in the US? Or is that a State by State thing?

He was hospitalized...i imagine its difficult to get anyone to court when that happens no matter what country your in
