Reiki.....??
 

Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is a method of natural healing based on the application of Universal Life Force Energy (the name literally means Universal Life Force Energy).

Can anyone tell me in a nutshell what reiki is and how it works.

Are there any good, easy to understand web sites about it?

I had a friend who was into it a number of years ago here but it seemed the group of people into it here were a bit on the toxic side.

That's what I call people who just are miserable and make you miserable.

A friend of mine studies it and it seems like it's spiritual, holistic massage. He worked on my leg and I could feel the warmth invading my tendons, etc. It truly rocked.
