Top runners would be "What made you smile?" "Three Things About You Today" "What are you Craving?" "I confess..." Any of them like that, because they give an insight quickly into the minds/lives of your fellow Pixies without the long, drawn-out, possible rejection-causing PM process.

There's so many great ones, but the two that stand out are the thread in which people list ten things about themselves that nobody else knows (I couldn't find the link)...and this one:
