Nobody on chat
 

Hi, of course it may be because of time difference but even though I stay awake sometimes till morning, I see no one in online chatting.

Pixies has offered mIRC possibilities. Still, all of us stand with posting messages. But it could be great to meet people from all over the world

Not sure of your time zone, but if you look at this... http://www.dynastynet.net/stats.php...el=pixies-place you can maybe get an idea of when people will be on. Those are the chat room stats for the previous day, although I am not sure if the times listed are GMT or a different time zone. Sometimes I pop in during the middle of my day (Noon Pacific Time) and there is rarely anyone there. Just try at different times... and if you see jwalker, don't expect too much conversation. :p

You'd think that with like 75 people on just the forums at any given time there would be more people chating! Then again I think I know why they never post and just lurk...

I stop by throughout the workday but, being work, I can't stay in chat for more than 30 mins or so at a time. I'm sure others are under the same strictures. Hang about a bit next time and you may see me. =)

Seems to be hit or miss when I pop into chat. Sometimes there's lots of ppl there and sometimes, none at all.

That's why I miss the old forum main page. It had a thingy where you could see who was in chat (not the mIRC users...but others on the site)...or at the very least, who was there less than 15 mins. beforehand.

I jump in from time to time...but very sporadically. Maybe we'll bump into one another sometime Tad!

I miss that too Lixy. Who's Online may show you but I'm not sure.

lil, a while back, weren't you looking for a way to let us all know who's there? maybe a sticky in general chat. if a person is so inclined they can pop in there and, oh, i don't know, just stick a plus sign for 'there' and a minus sign for 'gone' on a quick post.
