I'd love the ability of direction...purpose, if you will.

I don't know what I want to be when I grow up, and I truly envy those who have direction and purpose!

If I can't have that...I'd love to be able to fly!

damnit. i was going to say the ability to fly... but that seems fairly pathetic when compared with what everyone else has said...

was going to say courage but Lilith beat me to it!

If I couldn't have that I'd take the ability to draw or paint really well.

Honestly ... I'd take the ability to be a "regular" size and remain so the rest of my life .... where can I buy that one???? :)
