This building came with house. its actually much larger than the house itself.. the previous owner was a taxidermist. and he used this building to display all his works and work on his stuff and what not. Basically we use it for storage. But hopefully and slowly we are getting it organized so we can use the second floor as like a relaxing place.

At the end of the drive way, almost into the backyard. Yes that is a garden with some plants coming up, recently planted(a bit late)

Looks like a nice place to me!

Funny...I always imagined hell to have less trees.....

here's one half of th backyard. this is where the garden is. And a concrete pad which used to have a very old shed on it. unfortunately i had to take the shed down, or else it would have fallen over. Will be building a new one here soon. Most likely over summer.

looking up from the side yard towards the lane. the old tree, its a very.. very old japanese maple. used to climb on it a ton when i was kid, its awesome and one of the favorite parts of my yard. Once the house is mine(I.E my mom buys her place in maryland) I'm going to plant several more about the property. Especialy near where the garden is. I want to turn it into a calm, peaceful place with some more of the maples and some willows. with a few benchs and paths and flower beds and such.

Coming down my lane. Its very sheltered. There is only 3 houses on the lane period. Each with a good sized yard between them like you saw I have. Yes its quite a ways back in the country. Don't have any traffic down the lane.. at all. really. Very relaxing. But sometimes the noise from the wildlife outside can drive you insane.. specially when your trying to sleep in late, and your windows are open cause its so bloody hot..

With that being said the house itself is very old. I have photos of the house that date back to pre-civil war. Which doesnt really surprise me at all. Seeing as there is a giant farm through the line of tree's behind it. Which leads me to believe it might have once been the farm house for the area. granted the house was not as big as it is now. there were several additions.

Basic things about the house. Its a 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath. the 1/2 bath serves also as the laundry room. It does not have a basement. but rather a dirt floor cellar.

In one of the pics you noticed a white pvc pipe going across from the gutters, We have a 20 thousand gallon Cistern that we get water from. There is a city water line. but *shrugs* why pay the 5000$ hook up fee. and all the fees afterwards when we get water for free.. from the sky. where its supposed to come from.

We have 2 living rooms, And one nice large dining room, and kitchen its not a huge kitchen but its good sized to say the least.

that's about all i can think of at this point in time. If yall have any questions feel free to ask.
