China Restaurant cost you $200 US per person

A lot of University female students in China wants to earn extra money for the tuition fee. They are working in this expensive restaurant.

I just got back from China. One report in the paper, a city out west and it got closed down immediately by the health department--the girls didn't have a permit needed to work as a food server. (The article I was reading was short, I got the impression it was the equivalent of what I've seen in the US once--a short class on food handling to get a health card.)

I can't read the paper you are linking, I don't read bird tracks.
