What do you do when you are supposed to be doing something else? :spin::dizzy::spin:

I'm supposed to be writing a test analysis but suddenly my houseplants are thirsty.....oh, and I'm here pervin :p

IAKaraokeGirl 03-26-2004 11:46 AM

*Definitely* check out the boards here or check my email accounts...lately, it's also been to unpack a box or two or spend time with someone special. :D

huntersgirl 03-26-2004 12:32 PM

I always seem to be able to find something other than what I am supposed to be doing to do! I've been that way as long as I can remember. Perv, check email(not that I have much, usually just junk), read, oh and a million other things that don't accomplish a hell of a lot. I will say though when it gets down to the wire, I can work my A** off to get whatever needs to be done, done. I like working under pressure;)

Loulabelle 03-26-2004 12:34 PM

Perv, check e-mail, watch tv, eat - you name it, if it helps me avoid work, I'll do it!

Bardog 03-26-2004 12:36 PM

Procrastination is one of my worst faults.
It's also one that I intend to quit....
And I'm gonna start next week!!

Yep surfing seems to be my little hangup.
Right now I should be packing for a trip

WildIrish 03-26-2004 02:17 PM

I don't procrastinate...I'm a well-oiled machine. Partially because I am constantly applying oil to myself instead of working, folding laundry, painting the house, mowing the lawn...damn, I know it sounds like procrastinating, but the difference is "intent".

Procrastinate indicates an intent to complete the items you're not doing sometime in the future. Is that a good enough loophole or should I keep shovelling?

flutelady 03-26-2004 02:36 PM

"Why do today what I can put off till tomorrow" is my theme. Oftentimes I find that if I procrastinate long enough, someone else will take care of the situation or it gets resolved in some other way. I see procrastination as a form of efficency, actually.

Yeah, that's it.

When I'm supposed to clean, I inevitably curl up with a book, or log on to see what's going on in the world wide web.

Scarecrow 03-26-2004 06:57 PM

:jedi: I have not yet begun to Procrasatinate :jedi:

Sharni 03-26-2004 07:01 PM

PantyFanatic 03-26-2004 07:40 PM

I think procrastination is like foreplay.:) A wonderful way to spend your time before it REALLY gets exciting.:dizzy:

MilkToast 03-26-2004 08:48 PM

Procrastination? what is this word you speak of... I better look that up... but I think that I will surf the web a while longer before getting my dictionary.

lakritze 03-26-2004 10:34 PM
