Why Do People Act Like This???

I recently read a post on another forum site(Which I wont do anymore) and someone had posted a ?? about a problem that they were having in their relationship. After reading this particular post I decided to repond to it because the problem that this person is going through is almost identical to one that I had!! Instead of posting a response in the public forum, I decided to pm this person instead since my response was a little long and I had included some contact info which I didn't want everybody to have(DAMN HACKERS AND SPAMMERS!!!!) This person had enough nerve to contact me today and more or less tell me to stay out of there personal life!!! Uh excuse me..you asked a ?? and I answered it, now how in the Hell does this make me the frigging bad guy here???? Somebody want to explain this to me as I would really like to know!

One more thing I forgot...sorry:cool: I made sure that I changed my contact info that I had sent to this person. With my luck they would probably be a stalker!!

Some people just have a crazy gene thats all. They probably posted it having a temper tantrum and now everything is all good and they dont want to remember the fucked up part of the relationship. Or maybe their SO checked it and responded.

It's also possible that when this person asked the question, they were only into getting the answers that suited them. Maybe you gave excellent advice, but it wasn't the advice that they wanted, so therefore you were "butting in"... see what I mean? Never ceases to amaze me how odd people can be.

flutelady - you have it spot on, I think.

I have to say that I really fucking hate when people ask for advice, you give them good advice which often comes from personal experience, and because it doesn't condone the course of action they wish to take, they ignore your advice.

My attitude is, if you aren't going to take advice, don't ask for it, or if you ignore the advice given, then don't come back and ask for more help when it all goes tits up.

... true ... or, if nothing else, simply the thank the person for their input. Nothing wrong with being appreciative whether you follow the advice given or not. :)

I appreciate everyone's comments/suggestion's as they confirmed everything I was thinking and feeling!! What's even more funny is this person had enough nerve to send me an email through another site this morning wanting to know why I had changed the contact info I had given them!! Can someone say {STALKER }!!!!!!

TRUSTNO1,

Tough shot! Hopefully they'll go away soon.
