Paris Hilton was booted from her flight when she tried to board the plane with a goat. She purchased her new four-legged friend while in Las Vegas and couldn’t believe the airline’s strict rules. In the end, Paris was forced to take her new pet home to Los Angeles via a six-hour limo ride.

I work airfreight and goats travel just often enough to be not uncommon.

They need to be appropriately crated and travelling on a plane that

can take the type of crate.

We have a lady here who imports fresh stock (kids) for her herd twice a

year and gawd, they stink.

Vegas seems a odd place to go to buy a goat.

Well, perhaps I’m over reacting, but I’d hazard a guess that if one were to ask the next 100 adults one were to meet, “Do you think you can just walk on to an airplane with a goat?” very few - fewer that 10 – would say “Sure. You just gotta keep ‘em on a leash”.

I’ve been wrong often enough in the past to know I can be wrong on this one, but (particularly as Ms. Hilton has flown many times before) it seems surprising to me that she would have been caught off guard on this issue.

Well if you go by this news report she's even more insane than we first thought:-

Paris Hilton has been thrown off a plane for trying to take a goat on board.



The society figure, 21, also had a monkey and a ferret when she turned up for the flight.

But she was turfed off with the pets which she had bought in Las Vegas.

Hilton said: "The flight attendants thought I was insane. They were like, 'This isn't a travelling circus - you're not bringing a goat on the plane'."

She said she had to take the pets home to Los Angeles in a six-hour limo drive, reports The Sun.

That girl (paris hilton) is so out of touch with reality. It must just have been horribly embarassing (and humorous at that) for them to have to explain why she couldn't take the goat on the plane. I am sure she threatened to call her father! LOL!
