I know that “bird” has a special meaning in the UK, and that’s not the kind I’m talking about. (although it was the kind I was looking for.;) )

I know that some people refer to certain part of the male anatomy as their “bird” also. That’s not it either.:)

The Audubon Society sponsors The Christmas Bird Count, a notional inventory of our wild birds sampled coast to coast, simultaneously, by armature and professional ornithologists. Just wondered if we had any reporting birders in our group?

The only bird I had was for my lunch. Yum.

Lixy! ... Are there any armature bird watchers in our gorup Lixy? You know,...... somebody that may live in a semi rural area, ........ say maybe southeast Pennsylvania for instance Lixy. Perhaps somebody that has The Audubon Society Field Guide to Eastern North American Birds Lixy. (the BLUE...... leathery cover one on the bookshelf):rolleyes: I just wondered if you may know anybody like that Lixy?

Have to say though PF...........the cardinals are abounding lately......especially females (I see more of them this time of year).........and I have seen more barn owls this year than any other (dunno why....it's peculiar)........but for the most part my feeders haven't had much action this winter.........and I was becoming curious as to why this year has shown a definite decrease in my otherwise year-round bird watching pleasure!!!????

The only comedy here is the lines that Steph writes (“..a romantic walk to the convenient store...” ) and is shown in their TV commercials in the Cleveland area. LMAO
