Sooooo,Tired of canned cranberry jelly yet?
Try buying a bag of fresh cranberries.Juice about 1/2 cup of orange juice.To it add the juice of a lime.Top off with water to equal 1 cup of liquid.Tie up in cheese cloth a few strips of orange peel,about four cloves and four pepper corns.Disolve 3/4 to 1 cup of sugar to the orange juice and toss in a package of cranberries and the bouquet garni.Boil until the cranberries pop,about 5 or 6 minutes.YUMMM!!!

I've got a killer recipe for Cherry, Cranberry and Marsala Sauce around here somewhere, also an easy cranberry and orange relish for those with more taste than time....it's a crying shame I haven't got a chance to use either. Honest to god, I forgot thanksgiving was even coming up.

I also eat cranberries as a snack. Screw the canned stuff, I say!
