I noticed another thread referenced Hentai and some camparison was made to pornography versus animation. My question is...Do you prefer the real people in videos and pictures OR animation and comix OR the written word (a.k.a. a book)? Which of the three fires you up the most? Why? I choose the written word, as it allows my mind to create the character and not have a preconceived one put before me. Gets the juices flowing. How about you?

I'm a very visual person. I enjoy all three almost equally. I find I am most sexually stimulated by video of real persons doing provocative acts.

Pictures are great, but lack that most important element of action or personality only conveyed by moving one's body or making jestures.

The written action is great if well constructed. It does have what pictures lack, action and does have the added benefit of allowing one's imagination to embellish the scene.

I find only the best animation to be truly sexually stimulating. The poor or sloppy drawing only agrivates me. I keep trying to redraw the characters with more specific lines and shapes.

It really depends on the content and quality of each different type of media.

I love a good story! Not just a bunch of raunchy vocabulary thrown into a story. I like it when the text used and scenario match. Dirty nasty sex= more vulgar vocabulary. Sweet romantic sex= sexy yet more discreet, subtle word choices.

hmmm... thats a hard one. i do love erotic stories, hence me being drawn 2 pixies. but i also enjoy hentai, i'm a big animation fan as it is, and i respect it as art so when its turned into porn it quite hot.. but i have 2 say the one that gets me the most aroused is real porn, porn videos. theres just nothing like seeing the real thing, the look, the swett, its closest to the real thing, without the worry of disease or tricky condom package

And to be even more peculiar.....I am heterosexual (with bisexual experiences).......but if I'm looking at porn (of any sort above).....a woman's body will be what attracts me at first. Her bouncing breasts or a nipple visible over the top of clothing or her wearing something I can see through as she walks through a crowded mall (just an example)....etc. Must be the exhibitionist in me (and me imagining she is me.....even in the animation and written versions)!
