Girl to Woman

Last weekend we were at a wedding. My uncle, who I have not seen in several years and had been oogling my boobs, approaced me and told me I've become a lovely young woman. Is it just because I have nice boobies, or just when does the change happen? I was flattered and bit embarrassed I guess. I'm 17...when did I become a woman?
