I read a posting regarding the ammount of ejaculate could be increased with the use of steroids and someone suggested that zinc would do the same thing but without the down side of steroids. How much zinc should you use and how long should it take to be noticable.

I don't know about using anything but have heard/noticed that abstaining for a bit seems to increase the volume a bit.

Taking yourself to the brink of orgasm up to an hour before letting go supposedly increases the volume...stay away from steroids, don't turn your grapes into raisins ;)
