The only double standards here are the ones you create for yourself. If you don't like it leave. It is that simple.....

Considering you have only posted 14 times, I would say that you haven't spent enough time in this wonderful place to know what you are talking about.

No place is perfect, this place included.. but I think that this is as close as you are gonna find on the net... go ahead.. I encourage you to take a look around at other sites... none of them are nearly as friendly and fun as this one is.

IF a mod pulls a thread, or in any way censors its contents, you can bet that there is a legitimate reason to do so. No matter the reason, the mods decision will undoubtedly piss someone off... but you know what... get over it!!! I have in the past... just as many others have...

The bottom line is that this is a great place.. so you have a complaint... that is fine.. you have voiced it.. now move on.. either stick around and discover what a great place this is...

Move ON!!!! I don't think anyone is holding a gun to your head telling you to come here... there are millions of other places on the web... go find your ideal place...

O.K. perhaps I was being too harsh..... I apologize. Sometimes I tend to jump the gun without finding out the whole story. I wanted to apologize to you in open forum..... I will PM you as you requested.

I gotta think crossing the line as far as minors are concerned is a huge taboo. If any of us even come close it must be a cause of great alarm to those that are responsible. I have a real hard time being critical of that. Protecting our children is a huge concern for everyone. If we go overboard protecting them, so be it.

if it is discussed amongst adults, then i do not see a problem.

Ive been visiting this board for 2 yrs now, and i agree completely with this comment.

it is very true here.

I fail to see how a simple poll requesting peoples opinions is in any way illegitimate. I was in no way discussing the huge "kiddie porn" type mentality.

To further this point, I even made it clear in the original poll that the reason I was posting the poll in the first place was as a result from a very informed conversation on a number of parenting boards - I was simply feilding the question in a number of "niches". Guess what?! The exact same poll was not deleted on any of the parenting boards .. in fact it was embraced as an interesting social experiment.

Looks like certain people here are in fact both more puritan than people they denounce ... and sexually deviant.

Grr. Having a very bad day .. and this just added to the frustration.

Funny how people claim that these boards are so liberal and open to out-of-norm conversations ... but then some arrogant person decided enough is enough on threads they dislike. Sounds like any leader of the fabled "axis of evil" if you ask me!
