For those of you who are celebrating,


How many eggs do you dye? and wtf are you gonna do with them afterwards? A person can only eat so much egg salad:p

If we dye them at our house (which is a big if, since we haven't done it every year since my brother and I were younger), we just go ahead and do a dozen or how many are left in the carton...

My parents always go ahead and use them for egg salad...but my brother and I won't touch that stuff! Blecch! :)

When my girls were little they used to color a dozen each.

Some we ate just as is, maybe a little salt, hubby likes 'Red Hot' sauce on his. I'd make some into egg salad. But most of them were for deviled eggs. They love 'em.

Haven't colored eggs for a few years now. Kinda miss it a little, don't think its enough to dye eggs.... lol. Just to reminisce and to tell those of you with little ones who will be dying eggs, enjoy it. The memories are priceless.

For the last three years my kids and I have always dyed them together. Usually just half a dozen. I am the one the eats them, but only the whites, the yolks are just too bad for you.

A side note I think is akin to cannabilism....I throw the egg yolks outside and the rabbits eat them...Easter bunny eating eggs...that is just wrong.

That is just sick! LOLOL!

As many as I can manage to snag out of the neighbor's chicken coop .......lol jk jk :D
After they are colored I go by someone's home ;) and throw them there! (especially since I don't boil them)) lol btw Lil it wasn't me last year! lol ;)

With our kids grown we don't dye eggs anymore unless our granddaughter (2 Years Old) is going to be here. Then, maybe a dozen ... which, with our family, means one or two each (at the most).

Sure, everyone complains about the bunny eating the eggs but no one mentions them first getting boiled! It was the boiling that did them in. :(

No doubt the bunny would have just put them in his garbage, but I didn't hear anyone offering to come clean out his hole. ewww! :D :D
