Sailor Moon is adult.... in fact most Japanese Animation is targeted to adults and teens... but young kids watch it too... Shows like Pokemon target little kids.... Shows like Sailor Moon are targeted to Guys... Dragonball Z is applied to alot of people... especially since uncut it is Foul-Languaged and Foul Imagery... its a Comedy/Action thing....

Correction....Old Guys in Japanese Cartoons have this thing for Young Girls in Bars and Panties.... most noticably is the old master in Ranma 1/2 that has a BIG BAG full of them... he steals and sniffs them... or something... it causes great hillarity... in the show that is...
