I am just curious about what kind of domesticated critters (pets) everyone has...


You can only include your S/O in the list if you have them paper trained:D:p:D

Well... call me crazy, but I have a zoo here, though I have recently downsized. I had to give up 2 dogs... was just too much for me to handle.

2 dogs (down from 4 + 6 puppies)
3 cats
2 parrots (LOUD)
fish
usually any furry creature that can fit in a 55 gallon tank, though we don't have one at the moment.

We are planning to build 2 aviaries... one for the parrots, and one for some small birds and reptiles.

poor boring old Grumble, one cat Jay Jay and I didn't name her either, it was the kids.

Oh yeah.. I have a thing for odd names as well...
Dogs... 120lb Akita named Freakylove
65lb old man mutt named Buddylove

Cats... Taru
Dr.Pepper
Monroe

Parrots... Merlin
Bartelby (was named Bart when I got him... Bartelby fits him better)

What can I say... my daughters' names are Heaven and Kya. I didn't get to pick my son's names. Stephen and Bryan.

Lol We have one fish.... a Beta.. his name is Fish (hey thats what ya get when the 2 yr old names the pets)

It looks like a zoo at our house. We have 4 dogs, 1 cat(he's fast too!), 2 hermit crabs, 1 bird, ?# fish, 1 turtle, and numerous wild animals my kids feed. In the past we have had horses and sheep also. Sometimes I feel like Noah.

We have 4 cats. Three female, Lucy, a calico; Bitsy, petite Black/White, and Gidget, a small tortoiseshell (b/w/orange-markings not as distinct as a calico).
And the lone "guy", Harley. a grey Tiger-stripe. And he really is such a "guy"!!

we (collectively my g/f and I)have 10 cats.... Mortimer Snerd, ShitTail Lothario, Arliss, Aubie, Ghostie, Izanagi (retired show siamese), Gillman, Zinj, Masq,Little Kitty Pizmo.
9 dogs: Max, Hedy, MacGuffin, Gaelin, Jasper, Opus, Vanna, Seamus, and Tanjiro Puggums.

Have had multiple pets in the past, but nothing has lived in the 55 gal. tank for several years (except algae), our lone critter is the half Pomeranian, half (?) named Lucky, also answers to Luckster, Luchasi, & snurf, from the sneezing sound he makes when he gets excited (which is nearly everytime I enter the room).

Scotz~ I have the same reaction everytime you enter the room;)

As a matter of fact I found them very flattering. It made my day!
A real ego boost, if you will. :D
Especially since I don't get many requests of that type these days.:(

Unfortunately, I can't fulfill his request since I don't have a digital camera....but maybe I'll be getting one in a few months. All I'll need then is a very large dose of courage.:eek: ;) :p
