Ok... I am such a pain in the ass... When I am feeling in the dumps I make someone tell me 3 happy thoughts.. so I was thinking... you never know when someone here or even me is gonna need a happy thought.......... sooooooooooo I thought we could store them up for when someone needs them. I know totally sappy but I believe in positive energy so here goes.......

tag-team wrestling with my wife and kids with the occasionaly popcorn fight.
watching a new student learn a kick he/she thought was impossible but i wouldnt let them stop trying....that first time they do it and hit the target.....so cooll!!!!!!!
the rock and roll of my first ship in a storm.....wind and rain in my face.......so relaxing....almost wish i was still there sometimes....at sea, onboard a small ship......

1) Birds chirping on a beautiful morning as the sun rises....but no one is on the road yet.

A hot day at the beach listenig to the waves as they come in to kiss the sand.Sun baking at beach trying to get as few tan lines as possible.Spending an hour or two in the shower with a pixie lass in my arms.
