..........I'm back. Got out of hospital today, all went well with the surgery, a few curve balls, but alls good, now I have 9 weeks to recover. Cant do a forkin thing either for at least 6 weeks, yep gonna be bored outta me freakin brain!

Gotta give myself a needle, a bloody needle!!, daily for the next 10 days, not likin that at all, but if I don't things can go wrong, so toughen me titties and get er done!

So you'll prolly see me floating around a bit, yeah sorry to those I annoy LOL, but see my advise to myself up there (you'll pick the part I bet), you can take that on board too lol

Here's a little advice:

Before giving yourself the needle, say to yourself "you're going to feel a little prick".


It doesn't help, but you'll laugh. And you'll think of it every damn time now. :p

Thanks guys....I kept the surgery pretty much on the low. I did mention it to a member here in PM, but it was back in Oct so they may have forgot :) I had mentioned it on FB too, just not exactly what the op was lol Tis all good though, I'm out the other side and providing I behave I will stay that way!

The needle actually doesn't really hurt, just stings a bit sometimes afterwards. They have been getting me to give them to myself while I was in hospital, so just gotta carry on for a bit longer.

I tell ya what I do freaking hate, the pressure stocking I need to wear, hate em hate em hate em!! Will be hanging for the 2 weeks for them to head for the bin, and I'm gonna chuck a party!

So I will be wasting my days, playing Diablo 3, catching up on TV shows on my puter, taking the odd photo, sleeping, facebook, tumblr (thanks Lil for the suits!) & here.

I have gotten a little prick every day for over 5 years. I only give it to myself 1 time a day now but used to get it twice. If you need support or have question feel free to ask.

Thanks Lil....I'm not doing to bad with them, I honestly wasn't sure I'd be able to do it, but yeah I just get down to business and then move on.

I went for a long drive with Bilbo today, I figured sitting at home isn't much different to sitting in the car...took the camera for a whirl. Got mostly photos of heavy machinery, but I actually enjoyed it, was nice to just get out!

Sooooooo...

All the above has gone well. They found something else whilst mucking about in there, and this is still causing issues.

I have been going to a specialist, and crunch time has come. So Wednesday I go back under so he can have a looksee for himself and figure out what is going on in there. I know a camera is going in and I think he's doing a biopsy. Pretty sure he is doing another procedure also. I am not a happy camper I can tell you, but ya gotta do what ya gotta do.

Now all going well it will be day surgery and I will be home same day. If he finds something he's not happy with I will be admitted to hospital.

Fingers crossed it all goes well!!!

Well, you could look at the brigght side of all this, but

If you always look at the bright side of things, you'll burn out your retinas and go blind.

Glad to hear the surgery went well. Hopefully the recovery time will go fast and that when it's over everything will be A-OK (meaning "out of this world good!).

Day surgery done, nothing sinister found, thankfully

So a bit of burning and stretching done. Quite uncomfortable at the moment, and so damned tired

But I'm ok, I may have to have the procedure done again at some stage down the track, just depends how long this one fixes the issues for. I'm just glad this one is done and dusted and I am out the other side.
