I have to say, I hadn't heard about it til it appeared on the cover of my Entertainment Weekly. I am thinking it might be this year's beach book. Although I have heard mixed reviews, I still believe it would be a good read...

It's Twilight fan-fiction with the main characters renamed, so if you're not into the Twilight thing, this may not be for you.

I have downloaded all 3 of the 50 Shades books for my Kindle. (i got them free!!) and will be listening to them/reading them soon.

I have finished book one of this...and honestly, the ONLY similarity I see at all to Twilight is the obsession between Christian & Ana. But, at the same time, it has a different quality to it than that. I am currently 25% into book 2.

Definitely LOTS of smut!! I can verify that for sure! I just started book #3 tonight...should have it finished tomorrow.

I wish I didn't like it so much. I really like it. Really. I should have known when their first kiss is in an elevator and they have sex the first time in Seattle that it was going to suck me in.

IKR! I was sucked in fast in book 1 and it's not been any different with the others... I'm still working on book 3, but but I've only got about 30% left.

I finished this series finally...it ended way milder than I thought it would...but I enjoyed the read none the less.

I read all 3 in about 5 days... Couldn't put the books down. I really hope that the author continues the story... Loved it :)

I've read that there are attempts being made to get it made into a movie... I can't even begin to imagine any actor who would have the ability to pull it off... Or even a movie company who had the courage!!!

Me neither. In my mind Mr. Grey was not 27. He was like 37 or 47. So I would prefer someone like

I believe that IF they actually are successful in getting it onto the big screen.... They will have to cast relatively unknowns... I still can't imagine any established actor or actress with the guts to put themselves out there in such a raw and vulnerable way and complete way.. As IF they were to stay true to the incredible books, there wouldn't be anything left to the imagination...Tho that pic of Chris Hemsworth that Lilth posted.... YUM!!!

Still highly doubt that any movie company will take the risk... Which is pretty disappointing for all the thousands of people who loved the books and want more!!!!

I am 1/2 way through the last book and my ereader has died. I think of embarrassment. I am going to cry.

How Do I Reset My Kobo WiFi?
There are two levels of reset available on your Kobo WiFi.

A minor rest can be performed by undertaking either of the following methods:

1) Insert a bent paperclip or pin into the small reset hole on the back of your Kobo WiFi, near the lower-left corner.

2) Hold down the Power button on the top of your Kobo WiFi for 8 seconds, release the button, and then press the Power button again briefly.
