...in the snow, or in the sand?

I like that idea. A year or so ago my wife and I did that in a local park and we took a photo of the two of us sitting on a park bench with the snow on the ground. Most of the picture was gray except for my wife's bright blue winter coat. Added just the right amount of color and I've loved that picture ever since.

A sand walk would be similar ... just a lot warmer perhapes. :)

Ah, but you can only choose one! Which do you pick, right now? ;)

Since it's cold and we've got snow on the ground ... I guess I'll pick that one for now.

Walking in snow makes the wrong body parts drip in a way that's not at all romantic

While I love the snow, I prefer to traverse it downhill with my feet strapped to a waxed board.

For romance, I'll take the sand.

Ours does that in summer, with real sand (almost).

I much prefer the snow... I love it when you get snowflakes in your eyelashes and he kisses them away...

Sand.... down to the waters edge to just get our feet in....

then turning from the water to the sand dunes....

finding a secluded spot where we can see the gulls fly over head, hear the waves, feel the sun as we spread out a blanket and lay on it in each others arms....

Waves?

Here in the tropics, in a sheltered part of the coast, waves are things you get with storms.

Okay, no waves.....

The sand, a blanket, the sun, a bottle of wine and him.....
