or at least my hair. Tomorrow is the big day. I'm whacking a foot off (of hair)again. I wondered if you had any suggestions, links, urls to pics of cute short hair cuts. I'd like something professional but nothing too masculine. My hair is curly so I can't do any cute cuts made for straight hair. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm sure you'll find something cute... you should think about donating what you chop off to locks of love (i think that's the name), anyway the organization that makes hair into wigs for kids who've undergone chemo.

So long as you go to someone who really understands what they're doing, you should be fine.

the only advice I can give ya is to make sure your new "do" fits you. there are so many guys that try all fo this crazy shit nd it is obvious that they were sold a bill of goods at the salon. Easiest way to find a new cut is to look around at celebs or around town at people that dress and act like you and to follow what they are doing with their hairstyle.

Two years ago and yes there is enough to share again already. I'll never be rich, but I can find ways that I can give of myself and share what little gifts I have with others.

Do you have to find a salon that does donate your hair? Mine is down to the middle of my back now and I'm seriously thinking about whacking it off too. It's in good condition so I'm sure someone could use it more then me.

Any one can cut it, they just have to follow the directions at the site. You just mail it in. When I mailed mine last time, my stylist had 2 other big ponytails he had collected for me to send.

Thanks Lil, I will definately do that as soon as I get the courage to go short. Lord knows I am sick of this mass of hair. :)

Good luck with the new hair cut. I just got mine cut cause its thick enough for two people so if I don't keep short it at least to my sholders i get major headaches. Otherwise I would love to donate, but then again my hair has been so many different colors over the past few years they might not want a kid with orange streaks in their hair.

Good luck! Just be careful to not cut too much off the first time - you can't glue it back on you know!

Awwww....you are too sweet. The damn stuff was so long and the tangles took forever to brush out. I like my hair tugged but that was ridiculous. I'm glad to be able to help kids in any way I can.

I wish I looked better with short hair...I'd donate mine too. Maybe if I can grow it past my behind, I can donate tips to where my shoulders are. Gimme about 2 more years and I'll do it. Right now I'd onlu have about 8" to give them

That is the best part Tess! It was taking a gallon of really $$ shampoo and conditioner to be able to brush out all the tangles. I swear it feels so good to be able to wash it with a tiny bit of the shapoo. One down side. I have to actual style it now. It was nice to just not worry about it.
